What we collect, what we don't, and how to reach us about it.

What we collect
Agency & vendor pre-qualification forms
When you submit one of our intake or pre-qual forms, we receive whatever you choose to enter. Typical fields include:
- Name — so we know who is reaching out.
- Email address — to reply to the inquiry.
- Phone number — optional, used only if you ask us to call.
- Company or agency name — to understand the context of the request.
- RFP / project details — solicitation numbers, scope notes, deadlines, set-aside requirements, or anything else you paste into the message field.
This data lands in a Netlify form submission and an email notification to our team. We retain it only as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and keep a basic record of the conversation.
Live accessibility scoreboard
The accessibility scoreboard on this site displays informational monitoring data for sites in the P4 portfolio. It does not collect anything from you when you view it — the numbers come from our own scheduled checks of our own sites.
Analytics (everyone)
- Standard Google Analytics 4 data — pageviews, country, browser, referrer. No personal identifiers.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't add you to any marketing list without an explicit opt-in.
- We don't process direct payments on this domain.
- We don't run profiling, retargeting, or behavioral advertising.
- We don't share form submissions with anyone outside P4 One LLC except the infrastructure providers listed below.
Third parties we use
- Netlify (Netlify, Inc.) — hosts this site and processes form submissions. Standard server logs and form-handling apply. Subject to Netlify's privacy policy.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — pageview analytics. You can block GA via your browser settings without breaking the site.
Sub-brands in the P4 ecosystem (such as P4 Web Studio, P4 One Digital, P4 Mail, Protocol 4 Pro, and P4 SiteCheck) operate on their own domains and have their own privacy policies. When you click through to a sub-brand, that site's policy applies.
Cookies
Google Analytics 4 sets standard analytics cookies. You can block these via your browser settings without breaking anything on the site. We don't set marketing or advertising cookies on this domain.
Your rights
If you have submitted a form and want the record deleted, or want a copy of what we received, contact us via p4one.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe — typically a few business days.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
Updates
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect that. Material changes will be flagged on the home page and dated here.
